1/4 C coconut flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 packets stevia
2 tbsp applesauce
2/3 - 1 C almond milk unsweetened vanilla
tsp poppyseeds
tbsp lemon zest
tbsp lemon juice
1/3 C warm water
3 egg whites
