Lion House Restaurant Style Cheesecake

One of our favorite restaurants is the Lion House Pantry in Salt Lake City. Every time we eat there, we make sure to order their delicious cheesecake. My friend gave me a copycat recipe for the Lion House Cheesecake and I just had to try it! It was amazing!

Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 Tablespoons butter ( melted )
Filling:
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese ( softened )
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Topping:
2 cups sour cream
3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
