Instead of unhealthy corned beef hash, try this tasty option! Clean eating!

3 cups cooked long grain wild rice
1 large egg
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup chopped broccoli
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tablespoons coconut oil
Mix the first 8 ingredients together in a large bowl. Place the coconut oil in a frying pan, heat up. Add the mixed together hash. Cook until the cheese is melted and the rice is heated all the way...
