Versatile cauliflower is the foundation ingredient for this luscious low carb alternative to wheat flour.

2 Cups grated cauliflower
2 T. parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. olive oil
Pinch salt
¼ tsp Italian herbs (opt)
½ cup cheese, grated (mozzarella or Colby jack or cheddar.)
