The perfect low carb tuna salad recipe. Loaded with freshness, packed with flavor and perfect for lunch.

2 12oz Cans Tuna, solid white Albacore in water
3-4 Celery Stalks, diced (approx 1.5 cups)
? Cup Shallot, small dice (approx 1 medium shallot)
1¼ Cup Olive Oil Mayo
1 TBSP Celery Seed
2 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
1 TSP Salt
Drain the tuna and add to a large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients to the bowl & mix well. Taste, adjust seasonings and taste again. Serve cold and happy eating!
