Mac n' Cheese with a twist! It's a wonderful mac n' cheese recipe garnished with flamin' hot cheetos!

6 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
2 c milk
1 c half and half
1 tsp salt
4 c cheddar cheese grated (I used mild)
Hot Cheetos to taste
