Filipino dessert of coconut milk pudding with corn kernel and topped with roasted coconut flakes.

1 can (400ml) coconut milk
1½ cup evaporated or fresh milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup cornstarch dissolved in ¾ cup milk
½ cup corn kernel, drained
½ cup dried coconut flakes
