Bak Kut Teh means Meat Bone Tea, also known as meat bone herbal soup. It is a delicious Chinese cuisine in Malaysia, Well known in Klang Area. Klang in Malaysia is where well-known for its fisheries, port, cruise, and ship.

1 cup Dried mushroom / Shiitake dried mushroom

400 grams Pork Ribs

4 cups Water

1 cup Mushroom water

1 pack Bakkutteh season pack

2 tablespoons Soy sauce

2 tablespoons Dark soy sauce / Caramel color

1 whole Garlic / Black garlic

1 teaspoon Salt to taste

1 stalk Coriander

1~2 bowl steamed rice
