1 pound Chicken Breast, chunks
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
dash Ginger
2 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
2 teaspoon Sugar
¾ Cup Flour
1 teaspoon. Baking Powder
¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
Dash Sea Salt & White Pepper
11 ounces Mandarin Oranges
2 teaspoon Ketchup
2 Tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
2 teaspoon Cornstarch
½ Cup Water
