ingredients:
1 packet gelatin white
100 grams sugar
500 ml milk
200 grams of sweet fragrant mango puree
Mix gelatin powder, sugar, and milk over mild heat until boiling. Stir constantly. Add the mango puree and stir well. Remove from heat and pour into molds. Chill until set, remove from molds, and serve topped with a fresh slice of mango.
