this luscious dessert is perfect for two, so let's make this night date night.

2 mangos (chopped, peeled, cored)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
6 oz. of vanilla yogurt (low or nonfat)
6 large marshmallows
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon of butter
Step 1: bring a medium sauce pan over medium heat; add the chopped mangos, butter, Light brown sugar and ginger cook down for 10-12 minutes ad take off the heat Step 2: plate with yogurt and marshmallows and add the mango's over top garnish with cinnamon serve and enjoy
