An easy fall side dish that packs a big flavor punch. Sweet potatoes roasted with butter, cinnamon and maple syrup that is easy enough for a weeknight meal, but tasty enough to serve to guests.

2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 T. butter, cut into small pats
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. maple syrup
