Mapo Tofu (Spicy Sichuan Style Tofu)

It\\\'s a chinese style spicy tofu. Can be served as appetizer or main dish. Often serve with rice. Ground beef can also be pork or shrimp

Soft tofu (one box, 14oz, 396g ) cut into bit size
Ground beef with a dash of salt (only a little bit, 0.7oz, 20g )
Red spicy pepper power (1/2 tsp)
Soy sauce (1/3 cup)
Prickly ash (1/2 tsp)
Grounded garlic (1tsp)
Vegetable Oil (1 tsp)
Sriracha Chili Sause (1 Tbsp )
Water (1/2 cup)
Salt
Heat a relatively large pan with oil on the stove in high heat for 40 second. Put int spicy pepper, garlic, and Prickly ash into the pan (be careful). Let the spices heat for another 40 seconds Put the grounded beef in and stir?fry to make sure the beef doesn\\\'t stick together until it turns from read to dark. Turn the stove to mid- heat and put in tofu, Stir- fry carefully for2-3 mins Add water into the pan and let it boil for a while until the tofu is well cooked (it was about 5 mins when I cooked) Add soy sauce and Sriracha Chili Sause, and stir-fry carefully until the sauces are evenly spread. Turn the stove off and put the food into a large bowl or a deep plate.
