Marmalade Rolls

Marmalade rolls: just the right thing for a perfectly sweet and juicy end of the day.

1 tbsp baker’s yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2 pounds white flour
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
13-14 ounces warm milk
3.5 ounces oil
10-12 ounces marmalade or jam
4-5 tbsp butter
Mix yeast and sugar in warm water until incorporated. Leave aside for 10-15 minutes. It will start to bubble up when ready to use. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, 2 eggs, salt, oil and the yeast mix....
