Mexican Chicken Ranch Tacos

These Ranch Chicken Mexican Taco Bowls are so easy to make and combine all of your favorite flavors into one fun mexican dinner recipe!

2 chicken breasts, cubed into bite sized pieces
½ tablespoon olive oil
1 package of Old El Paso Stand 'N Stuff Flour Tortilla Shells
1 16-oz can of refried beans
¼ cup sour cream
? cup of Rotel Tomatoes (with the juice too, don't drain it off)
? cup of your favorite ranch dressing
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 cloves of garlic, minced
½ of a red onion, chopped
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 avocado, cut into cubes
chives for garnish
optional: salsa and sour cream on the top
