Mexican Sausage Balls – A quick and easy appetizer made with breakfast sausage you can make ahead of time and bake when you’re ready!

3 cups Bisquick
1 lb. breakfast sausage, uncooked
1 4 oz. can diced green chilies
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
4 cups mexi-blend shredded cheese
1/2 cup milk

2 cans (15.25 oz) whole kernel sweet corn
1/2 cup onions ( diced )
1 can (4 oz) green chilis ( fire-roasted and diced )
1/3 package block style cream cheese ( full fat )
3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese ( shredded )
3/4 cup Pepperjack Cheese
1/2 cup LALA Crema Mexicana
1 package tortilla chips
cilantro ( for garnish )
