Mexican Street Corn Recipe

One of our favorite foods to find during the summer is Mexican Street Corn. There is something so delicious about fresh corn on the cob doctored with delicious ingredients. Summer is coming to an end and this is one recipe we know we can’t wait a whole year for, so we’re making it at home!

4 ears of corn
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 bunch cilantro ( finely chopped )
1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
2 limes
