large size onion [2 ] chopped
green chilli [5 ]
piece of ginger
flakes of garlic [6 ]Red chilli powder [1 table spoon ]
coriander powder [2 table spoon ]
garam masala [1 table spoon ]
bunch of coriander [chopped ]
oil [2 table spoon ]
salt to taste
large size onion [2 ] chopped
green chilli [5 ]
piece of ginger
flakes of garlic [6 ]Red chilli powder [1 table spoon ]
coriander powder [2 table spoon ]
garam masala [1 table spoon ]
bunch of coriander [chopped ]
oil [2 table spoon ]
salt to taste
Wash mince and sqeez properly
crush ginger garlic and green chiles
chop coriander leaves
add all the ingriens leaving behind some green leaves
Mix well make the balls of mixture and give the shape offingers [slightly thick ]
take a steamer and steam these fingers for ten minuts
bring them out from steamer
take afrying pan
brush the fingers with oil
put in to pan and fry till light brown and crispy
take serving plate and lay the fingers on it
Garnish with coriander leaves
serve hot with green chatni
