Mixed Veggies Stir Fry

Vegetables are good for you but not many people, especially children, like eating them. Make veggies a delight to the eyes and mouth by incorporating colourful ones and just stir frying them.

Carrots
Cauliflower
Cayenne Peppers
Coriander Leaves
Courgettes/Zucchinis
French Beans
Fresh Garlic
Red and Yellow Bell peppers
Red Onions
Snow peas
1. Heat some oil in a wok. 2. Add in the veggies, starting with the harder ones and finishing with the tender ones. The trick is to not overcook the veggies. 3. Season with some salt and black pepper.
