A quick and easy lasagna with out all the layers.

8 oz egg noodles
1 pound ground beef
1/2 c onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 t extra virgin olive oil
28 oz spaghetti sauce
8 oz canned pureed tomatoes
1 T Italian seasoning
2 t garlic salt
2/3 c cottage cheese, fat free
2/3 c ricotta cheese, low fat
1 c part-skim mozzarella cheese

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.
