Whole grain bread that is super yummy and super good for you. It's also versatile so you can play with adding different whole grains to the recipe. It's a family favorite!

5 cups hot tap water, 4 cups quick or 6 grain rolled oats, 2 Tbsp salt, 1 cup sugar or honey, 2/3 cup oil or applesauce, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup molasses, 3 Tbsp yeast, whole grain flour, white flour, 3 Tbsp Dough enhancer, 3 Tbsp vital gluten(optional)
