1 yellow onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, mince
3 Tbsp dried parsley flakes, divided
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp oregano
4 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
6 lasagna noodles, boiled
22 oz cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
