½ cup creamy peanut butter ( I usedSkippy Naturals )
½ cup unsalted butter ( softened )
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon ( optional )
2 eggs ( room temperature )
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 2/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups oats ( quick oats are fine )
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¾ cup peanut butter chocolate chips
¾ cup mini M&M\'s
½ cup unsalted butter ( softened )
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon ( optional )
2 eggs ( room temperature )
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 2/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups oats ( quick oats are fine )
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¾ cup peanut butter chocolate chips
¾ cup mini M&M\'s
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat and set aside.
Beat peanut butter and butter together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
