Another delicious side to go with my Broiled Tilapia with Moroccan Chermoula Sauce!

1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
2 cups water
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes
3/4 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
2 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
1/2 t. ground cumin
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
