Moussaka meat and potatoes

500g minced
1-2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1 onion
3 tomatoes
1 tsp paprika
5-6 potatoes


3-4 sprigs of parsley
hot water or vegetable broth

250 g (1 cup) yogurt
1 tbsp flour
salt and ground black pepper
• The oven was heated to 220 C. • Parsley is chopped finely . • tomatoes are blanched and peeled , and then passaged . • Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. • In hot oil stew finely chopped onion with 1 tbsp water until soft and evaporation of the liquid. • Add the smashed tomatoes and minced meat . • Sprinkle with paprika and parsley . • The mixture was stirred for 2-3 minutes. • Refractory and deep tray namaslyava . • pour half of potatoes. • Then mince and top is finished with a layer of potatoes. • Pour water ( broth ) , enough to cover the potatoes. • Moussaka meat and potato bake 60 minutes or until water has evaporated and the potatoes are soft . • Meanwhile, prepare topping : eggs , flour and yogurt , mix thoroughly . • salad is seasoned with salt and pepper. • Pour into the moussaka meat and potatoes evenly ( if necessary equalized with a spoon ) . • Moussaka back in the oven and bake 10-15 minutes until a beautiful crust . • Finished moussaka cut into portions. • Serve sprinkled with parsley and season salad .
