• The oven was heated to 220 C.
• Parsley is chopped finely .
• tomatoes are blanched and peeled , and then passaged .
• Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

• Moussaka back in the oven and bake 10-15 minutes until a beautiful crust .
• Finished moussaka cut into portions.
• Serve sprinkled with parsley and season salad .
