Enjoying a delicious chocolate muffin nan and certainly still warm because of our own is more fun when compared to buying it.

ingredients:
325 ml milk
1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
450 grams of cake flour
30 grams of margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt

100 grams of cooking chocolate slab, cut
How to make: Boil the milk until warm. Add instant yeast and sugar. Stir well. Let stand 15 minutes until frothy. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour. Knead until smooth. Add margarine and salt. Knead until elastic. Allow the dough 30 minutes until fluffy. Weigh dough each 60 grams. Give the contents. Flat round shape.
