Delicious mushroom and smashed avocado tacos. Perfect addition to your taco Tuesday menu

3 punnets/ tills mushrooms (baby portobellos/brown/white button - I use a mixture) see notes for weight conversions
2 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp tamari
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp diced red onion, plus extra for serving
6 small corn tortillas
2 avocado, roughly mashed
1 lime
3 tbsps freshly chopped corriander (cilantro) for serving
Crumbled goats cheese for serving (optional)
2 tbsp avocado oil
