My Favorite Green Smoothie

My favorite green smoothie is quick, easy, and packed with nutrients. Blending with a Vitamix makes this smoothie incredibly creamy.

8.5 oz coconut water
2 tbls coconut cream (top layer of refrigerated canned coconut)
1 pitted date (optional)
1 tbls flaxseed oil
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 scoop vanilla sun warrior protein powder (use any protein powder you like)
2 cups greens of choice (I usually use kale or whatever I have on hand)
½ frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen pineapple
Starting from the top of the ingredient list, layer the ingredients in your blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Umbrella is optional, but completely necessary.
