My kind of pumpkin soup

Today I wrote about my favorite dish: fall pumpkin soup. Here's the recipe. Try it and let me know:) Prepare your pumpkin before you start cooking the soup. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and save them for later. First you have to brown one (not so big) onion on some olive oil. Than add salt, turmeric, basil and pepper to taste. After that add your prepared pumpkin and one teacup of water and let it scald for 10 minutes. Next step is to add some garlic and parsley into your soup. Let it cook u
