{Nature Valley Copycat} Soft Baked Oatmeal Squares

A Nature Valley Copycat recipe. Soft-baked oatmeal squares made with natural ingredients – no butter or oil included! These bars are peanut butter flavored and bursting with peanut butter chips along with a peanut butter drizzle on top.

1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup oat flour*
1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt (can add more if your peanut butter doesn’t have salt)
1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
1 cup creamy peanut butter + 1/4 cup for top drizzle
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, or sub another milk
1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
1/2 cup oat flour*
1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda

1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
1 cup creamy peanut butter + 1/4 cup for top drizzle
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, or sub another milk
1 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
