Nearly Sugar Free Layered Pumpkin Cheesecake

We've exchanged classic sugar for a substitute (of your choice) to create a decadently delicious cheesecake that everyone will rave about. (You know, you don't have to announce it's "almost" sugar free.) Prepare this recipe well ahead of time and just hope no one is tempted to steal a piece before you're ready to serve!

Crust:
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter (melted)

Filling:
16 ounces cream cheese (fat-free)
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup pumpkin puree (canned)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Whipped topping (garnish)
