8 oz. Manicotti Shells, uncooked
24 oz. Pasta Sauce
¼ Cup Water
15 oz. Ricotta Cheese
¼ Cup Romano Cheese
2 Egg Whites, beaten
½ T. Parsley or ½ tsp. Basil
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded and divided
Mix Ricotta, Eggs, Romano, Parsley and ½ C. Mozzarella in a large zip-lock bag. Snip off one corner and fill shells. Place in an even layer in a greased 13" x 9" baking dish with a thin layer of Pasta Sauce...
