Old Fashioned Meatloaf

This meatloaf is moist, tender, lean, full of flavor, and the perfect comfort food!

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup grated carrot
2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 teaspoon beef bouillon
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line the bottom of a 5x9 loaf pan with parchment paper (this makes it so much easier to take it out) and lightly coat the pan with cooking spray.
