One Pot Chicken, Broccoli and Sundried Tomato Pasta

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes ( I like things spicy, feel free to use less if you don’t)
1 box pasta (I used Mueller Tri Colored Rotini, which is a 12 oz box)
3 cups water, divided
2-1/2 cup chicken broth
3-4 cups broccoli florets ( I used frozen, since that’s what I had!)
1/4 cup oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, rinsed and chopped
3/4 cup Milk (with a Tablespoon of flour whisked in for thickening purposes)
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
