Oreo Chocolate Cheesecake Pie

OH my goodness. This Oreo Cheesecake Pie is to die for. So rich and so creamy, with a delicious homemade Oreo crust.

CRUST:
1 14.3 oz package regular oreos
½ cup of butter melted (1 cube)
CHOCOLATE PUDDING:
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp vegetable oil
½ cup sweetened condensed milk (use can also use regular)
2 egg yolks
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
CHEESECAKE LAYER:
1 8 oz cube of cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
TOPPING:
8 oz Cool Whip
