Quick, easy and delicious enough for even your pickiest of eaters. Not to mention, cheaper, tastier and healthier than take-out. You just can't go wrong with this one!

Chicken:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
vegetable oil (for frying)
Sauce:
¾ cup sugar
1/3 C ketchup
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 ¼ tablespoon soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
