Tast zucchini fingers coated in eggs and breadcrumbs and served with dill & garlic mayo dip.

2 zucchinis, cut into fingers
4 eggs, beaten
200g/7oz golden breadcrumbs

For the sauce:
2 cups of yogurt
1/2 cup mayo
2 garlic cloves, crushed
a bunch of fresh dill, chopped
