Oven-Roasted Parsnips
Parsnips have a sweet and slightly nutty flavor, and honestly I really like them so I'm always thinking of ways to use them. Here you will also learn a lot about Parsnips too

3 tablespoons olive oil
A little cayenne (to taste)
