A beautiful blend of spicy & sweet - a perfect rub for a pork tenderloin, golden yams and brussels sprouts. This makes for an amazingly easy and delicious weeknight dinner.

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp garlic powder
2 medium golden yams, peeled & cut into 1-inch cubes
1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
1 - 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts
2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 pork tenderloin, about 2 - 3 lb

1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp garlic powder

1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
1 - 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts
2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 pork tenderloin, about 2 - 3 lb
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix brown sugar and seasonings in a large bowl; reserve 2 Tbsps.
Add sweet potatoes, onions, Brussels sprouts, butter and oil; toss to coat.
