This recipe is easy and delicious, I know everyone will think this is odd, but people kept bugging me until I tried it, and it is amazing. When you serve it, just drizzle with some maple syrup, some dust with powdered sugar.

2 cups fresh or frozen corn
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons melted butter
1 Tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
