Ready in under thirty minutes, moist, soft and sweet, these paleo banana and blueberry muffins really hit the spot.
3 ripe bananas
1 cup blueberries
1 cup almond flour
1 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup honey/syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
6 tbsp arrowroot powder
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Handful almond flakes, to garnish
1 cup blueberries
1 cup almond flour
1 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup honey/syrup
