Paleo Flax Granola

A sweet and salty combo that will leave you begging for more!

Base Ingredients:
3/4 cup ground flax
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp sea salt

Add in ingredients:
1/4 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup raw pecans, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup raw walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup raw pistachios
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
3/4 cup currants
