A delicious and easy paleo breakfast in waffle form!

2 sweet potatoes, peeled and shredded
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp chili powder
3 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
