Paleo Turkey Burgers

These turkey burgers are delish! Full of great flavors and the egg keeps them incredibly moist.

2 lbs ground turkey
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 eggs
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
Salt & pepper, to taste
Romaine lettuce leaves (for wrapping the burgers)
Mix the ingredients until they are well combined, then form into good-sized patties. Grill until meat is thoroughly cooked. Wrap your burger in the lettuce, pile on desired toppings and enjoy!
