1/2 Cup Warm Milk
1/3 Cup Warm Water
2 tsp Yeast
1 Large Egg, room temperature
1/4 Cup Butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
3 1/3 Cups Flour
