Ingredients:
3 Cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 pouch rapid rise yeast ( I used Red star brand, It\'s the best!)
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup water
extra flour kneading
Filling:
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 1/2 tbsp softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
Directions: Place all ingredients including yeast into bowl except 1/2 cup all purpose flour. Attach bowl and dough hook. Raise mixer bowl. Turn speed to medium and mix about 15 seconds or until ingredients...
