1 cups raw cashew nuts
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 ½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
½ cup low fat milk
¾ cup water
1 tsp salt
1 cups yellow onions (chopped)
1 cups roma tomatoes (chopped)
1 cinnamon stick
2 cups paneer (cubed)
2 cups farro (cooked)
¼ cups julienned carrots
1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
Preheat the oven at 375 degree Fahrenheit Combine cashew nuts, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, garam masala, chilli powder in a food processor and grind as fine as possible....
