This Party Focaccia Bread is so easy and tastes incredible! It is light, airy, crispy, and buttery with herbs and flavorful toppings. Great for sandwiches too.

1 ( ¼ oz) packet active dry yeast
¼ cup warm water (110-115°F)
½ teaspoon sugar
3 cups flour (unbleached all-purpose)
¾ cup warm water (120-130°F)
2½ teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Additional olive oil for bowl and pan
Toppings:
½ stick butter, softened
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon coarse salt
¼ cup shredded Parmesan
10 Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
10 basil leaves, chiffonade or slice into thin strips
3 sweet cherry peppers or pimento pieces, finely chopped
