Doctor’s say, eat greens and beans for healthy life. And with hectic life schedule, people hardly get time to exercise. So why not turn to some healthy eating habits , which no doubt also tastes yummilicious. My Chicken salad with pasta recipe is very simple and basic and can be altered as you like by adding or omiting the ingredients mentioned. If you are vegetarian, don’t add chicken, instead, add some Tofu. Also more greens can be added . If you don’t like vinegar, substitute with lime juic

2 Cups uncooked Whole Wheat Penne Pasta(or any kind of pasta of your choice)
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar (or lime juice)
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard Sauce
1 Teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper Powder
1 Cup Baked chicken cut into bite size cubes( previously marinated with herbs and spices of your choice)
1 1/2 cups chopped Fresh Spinach
1 Cup boiled Sweet Corn
1 Cup cooked black beans
1/2 Cup chopped green onions
1/4 Cup Chopped onion
170 Grams Portbella mushrooms(optional)
