Pasta with Mushroom and Green Pepper

A simple and yummy vegetarian pasta dish.

4 ounces pasta
1 tablespoon butter
½ chopped green pepper
¼ cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped trumpet mushroom
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package instruction. Set aside. Heat butter in a pan. Sauté green pepper, onion and mushroom until soft, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add pasta and stir for 1 minute. Add ¾ of the cheese and stir until mixed into the pasta. Remove from heat and serve the rest of the cheese on the side. Note: You can substitute trumpet mushroom with any kind of mushroom you like.
